KC Coaching – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by KC Coaching. This includes, but is not limited to, coaching sessions, clubs, camps, and group activities. By making a booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through our online system or other accepted methods listed at checkout.
  • Late Payments: KC Coaching reserves the right to withhold access to services until all fees are settled.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • By the Client:
  • Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a session credit (this applies to 1-to-1 coaching and eligible services only).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
  • Missed Sessions:
  • No refund or credit will be issued for any missed sessions, including group sessions, toddler sessions, or after-school clubs, regardless of notice.
  • By KC Coaching:
  • If a session is cancelled by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

3. Health and Safety

  • Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or additional needs at the time of booking and notify us of any changes. If your child requires medication (e.g. an inhaler or EpiPen), they must bring it with them to every session. KC Coaching staff must also be informed of where it will be kept during the session.
  • Illness: Please do not attend sessions if your child has been unwell in the 48 hours prior.
  • Injuries: KC Coaching accepts no liability for injuries sustained unless directly caused by our negligence.

4. Behaviour Expectations

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
  • KC Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

5. Personal Belongings

  • KC Coaching is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during sessions.

6. Photography and Media

  • We may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing or promotional use.
  • If you do not consent to image use, please inform us in writing before your child attends.

7. Data Protection

  • KC Coaching complies with UK GDPR regulations.
  • Personal data collected is used only for delivering services and communicating with you.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.

8. Liability

  • KC Coaching holds valid public liability insurance.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to our services.

9. Changes to Terms

  • KC Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
