At KC Coaching, we deliver professional, personalised football coaching designed to help players of all abilities reach their full potential. Our highly qualified and experienced coaching team provide support, ensuring every player receives tailored guidance based on their needs, goals, and stage of development.

We work with players from age 6 and upwards, supporting grassroots players, aspiring academy athletes, and those simply looking to improve confidence, technique, and game understanding. We believe that early development, correct habits, and long-term consistency are key to success in football and beyond.

KC Coaching – Attendance, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KC Coaching, we aim to provide a professional, fair, and consistent service for all players and families. To ensure smooth operations and high-quality delivery, the following policy applies to all coaching sessions and programmes.

Monthly Payments & Refunds

All KC Coaching services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Once a payment has been made, sessions are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):
• Missed sessions
• Illness
• Holidays
• Late cancellations
• Weather conditions beyond our control

Monthly subscriptions secure an ongoing coaching place and cover coaching, planning, venue hire, staffing, and administration.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

If a player is unable to attend a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• With 24+ hours’ notice:
KC Coaching will attempt to arrange a make-up session where availability allows. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on coach and venue availability.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
The session will be forfeited, and no make-up or refund will be provided.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Football is an outdoor sport, and occasionally sessions may be affected by weather or factors outside of our control (e.g. unsafe pitch conditions).
• Where possible, we will attempt to rearrange or offer a make-up session
• If this is not possible, the session will be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations

Our Commitment to Fairness

While refunds are not provided, KC Coaching is committed to ensuring players do not miss out wherever possible. We will always do our best to offer alternative sessions when appropriate; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Acceptance of Policy

By signing up to any KC Coaching programme, parents and guardians confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
